ICONA POP RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM
‘THIS IS… ICONA POP’
It’s been 18 months since the Swedish duo first posted their hit single ‘I Love It ft. Charlie XCX’ online. Since that day, both Aino Jawo and Caroline Hjelt, otherwise known as Icona Pop, have gone on to be internationally acclaimed pop-stars. They’ve sold more than 2 million copies of their first official US single, putting them safely in the RIAA Certified Double Platinum category.
They’ve performed in front of millions across the world both on the big stage and on the small screen. Recently the girls performed their current hit single ‘All Night’ in front of 11.3 million viewers on the grand finale of NBC’s America’s Got Talent (watch their performance here) and will be performing the infectiously uplifting single on Wednesday night on CBS’s Late Show With David Letterman, and again the following morning on The Today Show.
Icona Pop are almost finished with their current North American tour and will be returning for more west coast dates in December.
